Provisions of Starter Packages:

1. Website owner must provide all information and content (images, pictures, etc.) put up on website.  GTS will not be responsible for verifying whether or not provided content is subject to copyright; website owner retains this responsibility.
2. Website owner will be presented with up to two (2) custom themes to choose from, and up to 3 revisions will be made on one (1) of the original themes submitted to create a final theme.  Further edits to the theme will be billable at our usual hourly rate.  Themes that are included with the starter package will not include any FLASH.
3. Website owner is responsible for safeguarding the password to the website editing account.  GTS will change the password within one business day of any request to do so.  If unauthorized use of the website editing account requires GTS to restore a website to a prior time, GTS reserves the right to bill for the time it takes to do this. 
4. Any inappropriate or illegal material placed on the website will be the responsibility of the website owner. 
5. We will upload any requested Drupal module to website per website owner request for a fee of $25.  Website owner will need to provide a link where GTS can download the module.  GTS will complete this service in no more than 3 business days.  Website owner will be responsible for enabling the module and any configurations within Drupal.  GTS is responsible that the module uploaded and installed correctly.  GTS can provide module configuring and tutoring on its use at our regular hourly rates.
