• We set up the backups; we restore the files.  It is "full service" - you do not have to learn any software or special interface. 
• When plan is purchased a year in advance installation is free.
• If plan is purchased monthly, installation is subject to our hourly installation rate.
• This plan will work best for situation where the amount of data changed and/or added in one business day is less than 1 GB.  If your file change is greater than that, or you are unsure, please contact us for a custom backup solution.
• For a complete restore to be efficient, we can come onsite or ship media to you with your complete backup.
